We will start with a guided meditation & sound bath to create our grounded, safe place.

During the meditation, you will be asked to be attuned to any emotions or visionary aspects that arise. This way, when we start the creative process, you will find a starting point to guide the connection with your subconscious.

All creative materials will be provided & the class will most likely run past 8. Bring a journal if you have one. If not, I have a few extras available!
